We operate on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. We do not sell the source code outright.

• You will be charged a fixed monthly or annual subscription fee (e.g., starting at ₹2,000/month depending on the application).
• This fee covers the usage license of our software, regular maintenance, bug fixes, and continuous technical support.
• As long as your subscription is active, your application will remain fully functional and supported by our team.

To ensure you have full control over your brand identity, the infrastructure will be provided by you.

• Client Responsibility: You (the client) must purchase and maintain your own Domain Name (e.g., yourcompany.com) and Web Hosting/cPanel.
• Our Responsibility: VizoSoft will take care of deploying, installing, and configuring our web application directly onto your provided hosting server at no extra setup cost.
• If you need help buying a domain or hosting, our team can guide you to the best providers.

It is important to understand the licensing of the software running on your server.

• VizoSoft Ownership: We retain 100% copyright and intellectual property rights over the core source code, databases, and structural design of the applications.
• Your License: By paying the monthly fee, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software for your business operations.
• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, distributing, or modifying the source code. You cannot transfer the software to another server without our permission.
• Your Data: All the data (customers, products, sales, etc.) entered into the application is 100% owned by you.

We believe in transparent billing with no hidden lock-in periods.

• No Lock-in: You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us 15 days before your next billing cycle.
• Non-Payment: If the monthly subscription fee is not paid within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the application functionality on your server.
• License Revocation: Upon cancellation or continuous non-payment, your license to use the software expires, and we will remove the core application files from your hosting. We will provide you with a backup of your database/data before removal.
• Refunds: Subscription fees paid for the current active month are non-refundable.

Your monthly subscription includes comprehensive support so you can focus on your business.

• Included: Server monitoring, fixing core software bugs, minor text/logo changes, and general technical guidance.
• Not Included (Customizations): If you require completely new features, custom modules, or heavy structural changes to the application, it will be treated as a separate project and billed additionally based on development hours.
